WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ?

JL.Shop accepts returns within 14 days if items have not been used, altered, washed or otherwise handled. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

HOW LONG WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE AT ME?

It will take us 2 to 3 days to process your order, and no later than 15 days to deliver it to your home.

DO YOU HAVE A REFUND POLICY?

If the item does not suit you.. Please send us video proof of the item as well as your proof of purchase less than 30 days old and return the item to us and finally we will refund you in full.
